Really, REALLY BAD! They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. And here's the kicker; if you happen to be connected to a VPN when you try to subscribe, not only will they decline your payment without even trying to run it, they will then flag the email you tried to use to sign up and block all further attempts to subscribe even if when you aren't connected with a VPN. Then they will blame it on your credit card or whatever payment you used, sending you down a rabbit hole chasing a problem they created. And their support agents are clueless. This is from there support page: - VPN/proxy use: If the IP address tied to the payment is associated with a VPN/proxy service, this may have caused the transaction to be flagged, and the email address used to be blocked from further payments. A VPN provider that blocks you if you use a VPN. The irony is ridiculous.

Very helpful, thank you. One addition: In my Windows setup which is done by my university, the option to get to network adapters through "settings" was not available. Instead, by picking at the video, I directly brought up "Control Panel -> Networks and Internet -> Internet Connections and got access to the adapters that way.

You make it look too easy. Can you do a video to set up expressvpn on a TC-Link AX1800 router? The menu tab is completely different and not as easy.
